Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operative posts on a permanent basis for 16 hours per week, leading to a full time position for the right candidate. We are preparing for massive expansion across our product ranges. For the right talented, hardworking individual there will be lots of opportunity for career development as our company embarks on our massive growth plans.
Initially 16 Hours based on Monday 08:00 to 16:00, Tuesday 08:00 to 12:00, Wednesday 08:00 to 12:00
Typical full time working hours will be 08:00 to 16:00hrs Monday to Friday

Our customers continue to place orders around the clock including at the weekends and in the evenings after work, Our warehouse operatives work in a very busy, fast paced, COVID 19 Secure workplace to get customers’ orders picked, packed and handed over to our delivery partners as quickly as possible for final mile delivery to many countries all across the world, as a small team together we will be processing thousands of orders, shipping thousands of products to hundreds of highly valued customers each week.
A very important part of this job role will be prep duties such as kitting, bundling goods, poly bagging, preparing stock to be transferred to third party fulfilment partners, pre-packing fast-selling items based on forecasts as well as picking and packing orders, booking stock in, warehouse transfers, dealing with returns, stock replenishment, rotation of stock, organising, tidying & cleaning of work & communal areas, maintenance, and any other jobs as required.
Ability to complete duties in a quick, efficient, and accurate manner
Excellent attendance and time keeping
Ability to work both supervised and unsupervised.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Clear understanding and appreciation of health and safety procedures.
Ability to always meet performance targets
Excellent reading, numeracy, and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Warehouse experience is not essential we just ask that you are willing to learn and bring a positive proactive attitude to the workplace, hence the initial part time hours.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Ability to meet physical demands - This role involves physical demands daily for long periods, including standing and/or walking for the entire shift, lifting and moving stock, trolleys and cages; lifting, bending, reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching and/or stretching; and manual dexterity of both hands and wrists.
Frequently exposed to non-climate-controlled conditions in the warehouse.
