The Royal Mail are now running 12 days behind service.

What does this mean? If a parcel is sent out on a 48-hour service the parcel that should take 2 days is taking 14 days.

We have been inundated with WISMO (Where Is My Order) queries from customers, as such we have chosen to stop taking new orders until such a time that the Royal Mail is able to deliver parcels efficiently.
